 Cole visited her mother Deborah Quinn and her stepfather Shawn Christian, her parents of half-brother Kameron Christian. She was then invited to audition for Summerland on the WB. Cole won the role of Erika Spalding and relocated to Los Angeles to film. She was featured in an episode on CBS as NUMB3RS as Bianca. The actress starred as Desiree in the remake of the horror film, April Fool's Day. Cole was part of the film 12 Rounds, which was made by WWE Films. It starred John Cena. Cole later became part of the main cast as a recurring character, performing the same role at the beginning of the year 2009. The actress also appeared in The Violent Kind alongside Tiffany Shepis. She played the role of "Hot Neighbor" in the short-lived TV show Secret Girlfriend in 2009.In April 2010, she guest-starred in the NCIS episode "Guilty Pleasure" as DC as she escorted Charlotte Cook. She was the lead character Vicky Roberts in The Event as a covert assassin working for A group. In October 2011 she was featured in the music video of The Walk. In November 2011 she was featured in CSI: Miami in the recurring role of Samantha Owens, a lab technician. In the role of Jennifer Starke, she played an ongoing character on the A&E series The Glades in 2012.
