
Ky-mani is on the rise with his untitled third album. Ky-mani Marley was born Falmouth, Jamaica, to Robert Nesta Marley, a legend as well as Jamaican champion in table tennis, Anita Belnavis. East African words for Ky-mani are a reference to an adventurous traveler. Being an East African man, his albums and travels offer a thrilling experience. His journey into music began in the year 1999 with The Journey. Through an eclectic approach, he was looking for his own niche exploring the music spectrum, exploring his many talents. in 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) A "traditional" reggae album , was released exposing a more mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads and The Journey have been well received across the globe. This established Ky-Mani's standing as an independent musician. Ky-Mani is a mix of roots reggae hip-hop R&B as well as contemporary jazz, to form his unique sound.
